Plesk Business Manager offers alot of great features, but sometimes it may be overkill for our needs. Here are direct instructions on how to completely uninstall it via SSH access*. After login in via SSH using either terminal (MAC) or a virtual terminal client such as PuTTY (PC), run the following command:
rpm -e plesk-billing
This completely removes plesk-billing on the system, but leaves the mysql entries, relays, and so forth.
Running this command disables the relays (domain.com:11444/relay) that happen when you login to plesk.
mysql -u admin -p
Lastly, this will remove the mysql queries. Login using your Plesk admin password. If that password does not work login with mysql -u admin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` Or, you can simply type, ‘my’, which is an alias of the above command.
This will select the PSA database.
delete from cl_param where param='ppb-url';
Finally type the above and Plesk-billing should now be removed from your system.
*Always use care when accessing your server via SSH
